Who builds it
SHIELDos is developed by an independent South African team with deep, hands-on experience in occupational health and safety practice, HR administration and enterprise software engineering. The platform is deliberately engineered around South African law — the OHS Act, COIDA, BCEA, LRA, EEA and POPIA — while remaining flexible enough to support international frameworks such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, so a South African group can run its sites in other countries on the same system. Every feature is designed, built, tested and supported in-house; nothing is outsourced and nothing ships until it would pass an audit.
